Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Certain items are non-returnable, including personalized items, intimate apparel, and final sale products.

Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

For holiday purchases made between November 1st and December 25th, we extend our return window to 60 days to give you more flexibility.

Please note that shipping times are not included in the return window. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible to ensure it's processed within the eligible timeframe.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy. Simply follow these steps:

Receive Authorization We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Ship Your Item Package the item securely and ship it back using the provided instructions.

Receive Refund Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns: We offer free return shipping for defective items, wrong items shipped, or items damaged during transit.

Customer Responsibility: For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Prepaid Labels: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label. The cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards and e-gift certificates
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads and software

If you receive a defective or damaged item from these categories, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for items that show signs of use or are not in original condition.

Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
